What if a direct link expires?

If a student on KA Classroom hasn’t managed to join the Classroom before the direct link expiration time (60 minutes in the free version and 5 days in the Pro version), they will need to ask the teacher to create a new join link.

The teacher can do that by restarting the needed Classroom through the "Classroom list".

In the Classroom List, click on the "Restart" button next to the needed Classroom. This will generate a new direct link and a new 4-digit code for accessing the Classroom.
