# Starting a worksheet

After [joining](https://classroom.kidsacademy.com/kids-academy-classroom/using-kids-academy-classroom-as-a-student/2.-joining-a-classroom-as-a-student) a [Classroom](https://www.kidsacademy.com/classroom/), the student should click on the unlocked worksheet to open it.

*Activities in Classroom open one by one, so if you see a lock sign on your activity it means the preceding activities have to be completed to unlock it.*

Click on the orange Start button that appears in the middle of the worksheet to start working on it.
